香港示威者今年中秋節仍不忘發起「反送中」相關行動，民間13日將發起「九一三香港之路」行動，自當晚8點起，在全港各區公園與遊樂設施手牽手築成「人鏈」。當天還有市民發起登港島最高峰太平山及香港著名地標獅子山築人鏈的行動。

據報導，「九一三香港之路」預定當晚7點半集合，響應的市民可喊「五大訴求、缺一不可」、「平反七二一（即港鐵元朗站襲擊事件）、八三一（即港鐵太子站襲擊事件）」等口號。

香港中文大學學生會會長蘇浚鋒先前表示，13日為港府回應民間訴求的「死線（最後期限）」，學界計畫同日在中環遮打花園或金鐘的添馬公園集會，若港府沒回應，可能會繼本月首週後繼續罷課，甚至每週都有行動。
